I loved this short story by Amy Jane.?A very refreshing read, the story is about trust and forgiveness with a sweet touch of romance mixed in.<\/p>\n

Felicity, the main character, is learning how to forgive some people in her life, and needs the courage and faith to trust again.?Too many people who were supposed to always be there for her, left her instead and throughout the story we see her dealing with this.<\/p>\n

I loved the wholesomeness of this story, and the sweet gestures that make Felicity a lady are truly inspiring. The way it is a given to help an elderly?neighbor?move boxes, and the way her?neighbor?sits besides her and shares about his life were heart warming. At some points I got a?whiff?of Pollyanna, which is never a bad thing in my opinion. Felicity is a lot deeper than the always-happy-and-smiling Pollyanna and thus more?relate-able.<\/p>\n

I also love the relationship Felicity has with her brother. Caring and kind, a real friendship exists between them. No sibling hatred here!<\/p>\n

The length of the book is 23 pages.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

1. Tell us a bit about yourself, Amy!<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

I’m the type of person who has a heart for adventures and traveling and you can often find me dreaming about new places and people. I love good music and there is nothing like going to a classical concert and letting the music wipe?away the grime from my soul. I love old buildings, forgotten places and stories that were never told. I believe in living a life that is worth it and following your dreams.<\/div>\n

2. When did you start writing?<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

I started writing when I was about ten years old.<\/p>\n

3. Why do you write? What do you hope to accomplish by it?<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

I think everyone needs a place where they can write down their feelings and where they can express all the words filling up their heart. For me, that is how writing is. Each one of my books and stories have a part of me in it… a lot of what I am going through or have learned somehow appears on the lines. I love writing in a way I can’t describe.<\/div>\n
\n

I really desire that my books might be an encouragement and that they would open people’s eyes to God’s love.<\/p>\n

4.?What is your favorite book?<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

My favorite book would have to be “Fireflies in December” <\/a>(and the whole series) by Jennifer Erin Valent.<\/a><\/div>\n
\n

There is something about the way Jennifer writes that completely captures your attention and tugs at your heartstrings. The story plot is riveting and the characters are portrayed in a very personal and real manner. By the time you put the book down, you feel like you have just walked beside the main character and it takes awhile to get out of the daze.<\/p>\n

5. Do you keep your books spotlessly clean or could I find some tea stains on them?<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

?I must admit that I like my books clean and spotless but there are times when I am so engrossed in a story that I don’t pay very close attention.<\/p>\n

6.?Tell us one random thing about yourself<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

I hate heights and am deathly afraid of sharks.<\/p>\n
